Is there a money-back guarantee?

When will I see results?

This is a normal and honest question to ask but the answer to this question is it will depend on the client’s credit profile. Some clients have fewer items to challenge and the other client might have a little more where it will take more time to challenge those items.
Yes, credit repair is legal and our credit education and document processing services will help you to use the law in your favor. That law is called “The Fair Credit Reporting Act.” The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. You agree and have sent updated reports/responses from the three credit bureaus and creditors to us within 5 days of receipt. You should receive updated credit reports every 35-45 days and make us aware if updated reports have not been received.

Is credit repair legal?

What are some things I can do to help my credit repair process?

Pay your bills on time, pay down your credit cards and keep the balances between 10% to 30%, also build positive accounts, and/or be open and ready to let us help with getting positive accounts. Report ALL responses from the credit bureaus and the creditor to us.

You are still legally responsible for your debt if your debt is still in the statute of limitation for your state. This means the creditor can collect the debt as long as they are in that time zone.
